We make reasonable efforts to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIXD CHAOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fixd Chaos, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Termination
